Kashrut

The Jewish Center observes kashrut at all times and has separate meat and dairy kitchens. The kitchens and social hall are available for family and community use subject to Kashrut guidelines of Rabbi Feldman. In the meat kitchen, approved kosher caterers may prepare meat meals or bring in previously-prepared food and equipment. In the dairy kitchen, foods prepared in members' homes may be served, again subject to our Kashrut guidelines available from The Jewish Center office. Kosher caterers may also prepare dairy meals in the dairy kitchen.
