This week's parasha is VAYELEKH - you will find a D'var Torah at the USCJ's Torah Sparks site: http://www.uscj.org/Vayelekh_57687799.html

Your weekly email contains a variety of images that your computer gives you the option of downloading or not.  When you receive your email and wish to download  images, in many instances you may do so by right clicking on the area where there is a box containing a description of the image to be downloaded or an "x".  After you have right clicked, please elect the option to download.  In other instances you may receive instructions at the top of your email when it arrives to click on a certain area in order to facilitate downloading.

If you are having any difficulty downloading your email images, please give the office a call - we will be happy to help.

SAVE THE DATE - NEW ADULT B'NAI MITZVAH CLASS STARTING 11/2

One of TJC's most intense and rewarding programs of study is our two year adult B'nai Mitzvah course, beginning again this fall.  Culminating in a Shabbat morning service led by members of the class, this wonderful program involves weekly study sessions with our clergy, Hebrew language instruction, training in Torah cantillation, and more.  Most importantly, the program offers the opportunity for participants to develop close relationships with one another and to reflect on the role that Judaism plays in their life today.  All are welcome regardless of background!

An opening information session for the Adult B'nai Mitzvah Program will be held on Sunday, November 2 at 9:00 AM and regular classes will meet from 9:00-10:30 on Sunday mornings beginning November 23rd.  The cost for the program is $360/year but money should not be a barrier to participation - please contact Rabbi Tucker at
atucker@thejewishcenter.org, or call (609) 921-0100 x213) if you have concerns in this area.
